Submission Guidelines

We accept creative dissidence in all formats, however our primary means of reception is digital; as such submissions for consideration must be presented in this format.

All submissions are subject to these terms:
The Creator (YOU) hereby grants The Publisher (Subversion Magazine) a non-exclusive global license to use and distribute the submitted works online as well as in printed media.

Copyright remains the sole property of the creator.

PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for acquiring written permission to reprint or adapt material from other sources used within your manuscript.You warrant that the material is original (except material from copyrighted works included with written permission by their copyright owners) and that the article does not violate or infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, patent, statutory, common law, or proprietary right, or contain anything libelous.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is The Publisher in any way responsible for misprints, infringement on the part of The Creator on the intellectual property of others, or any legalities that may arise from damages caused thereby. The integrity and responsibility of the content is the sole responsibility of The Creator.

For Words:
Fiction, non-fiction, opinion pieces, poetry, prose, and all written word needs to be submitted in plain text via the forms available here on the site. For works over approximately 1,500 words please submit a short precise first and wait for followup.

For Visual / Video / Audio Art:
Please submit a link to the examples of your work you wish to submit for consideration along with a short description of the pieces, your bio/mission statement.

All works submitted to the website will be considered for our later print editions.
